Assistance in Privatization Efforts
Assisted the Jordan Investment Corporation (JIC) in its privatization effort of the Ma’in Spa Complex, through marketing and financial advisory services.
The work included financial advisory services, aggressive marketing of the Complex in order to raise investors’ interest, and advisory services for the short-listing of bidders, the preparation of the Request for Proposal and the concession terms and conditions, the organization of a pre-bidding conference and the definition of the selection criteria and procedures.
The Ma’in Spa was the first full successful privatization effort in Jordan and was awarded to ACCOR and to a group of local and international investors.
