Demand Assessment for an Industrial Park
Conducted a comprehensive market research effort to estimate demand for an industrial estate with a Qualifying Industrial Zone (QIZ) status in Aqaba, Jordan, and developed physical design guidelines based on the projected demand. The outcome of the effort served as the basis for costing, engineering, and preliminary design and planning work.
