Jordanian Industrial Estates Market Demand Study
Assessed the demand and supply situation of the Jordanian Industrial Estates in order to propose a development strategy for the Jordanian Industrial Estates Corporation (JIEC) in terms of locations and supply of future planned Industrial Estate facilities. To this end, a comprehensive review was conducted, of the factors that impacted current and future markets that would be addressed by Jordanian Industrial Estates, in order to propose how these affect location decisions by potential users of the Estates. Finally, potential ‘market saturation’ factors and the impact of the QIZ and USFTA schemes, labor market issues and others were assessed.
