Evaluation of Economic Cooperation between the EC and MEDA
Evaluated the economic cooperation programs between the European Commission and the MEDA countries (Jordan and Syria) in order to help enhance the effectiveness of the EC as a development and economic partner and also to pave the way for an improved and qualitative economic and social cooperation for strategic partnership with the region. The evaluation was conducted in light of a review of the compatibility of the economic cooperation programs with objectives set in partner countries and regional programs, specifically with regard to program sustainability in terms of financial, technical, managerial and human resources aspects.
