Drafting of the Competition Law
Assisted the Jordanian Ministry of Industry and Trade in redrafting the national Competition Law, such that it was compliant with national aspirations, international practices and Jordan’s commitments under bilateral and international agreements, in addition to working on facilitating awareness of the benefits of the competition policy among all stakeholders.
