Centers of Excellence (COE) Criteria Redevelopment
The work included designing, developing, and conducting a survey of the Centers of Excellence’s (COE) partners as well as the 20 organizations that participated in the first round of the King Abdullah Award for Government Performance and Transparency.
Gathered feedback and comments from the participating organizations, developed a list of strengths and weaknesses and recommendations, conducted a comprehensive review of the five COE criteria and made the necessary improvements, while incorporating the three pillars of international best practices into the criteria.
